We oppose slavery and human trafficking in all its forms. We are committed to improving our practices to combat slavery and human trafficking in our business dealings to ensure that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in our business or our supply chains.

We are a leading UK based supplier and distributor of high quality tattoo equipment and supplies.
Killer Ink Limited’s ultimate parent company is Artifex Distribution Acquisition Corporation.
Our business
Our business is UK based and through our online store and presence at sector related conventions we sell a huge range of tattoo equipment and supplies to customers throughout Europe.
We are also the main European distributor for a number of high end tattoo products and brands.
Our supply chains
Our supply chains include:
- ▪ Tattoo equipment manufacturers worldwide.
- ▪ Supply of permanent and temporary staff via recruitment/employment agencies.
- ▪ IT suppliers (equipment, software and maintenance).
- ▪ Professional services (accounting, legal and banking etc).
- ▪ Utilities, telecoms and other property related supplies.
- ▪ Vehicle supply and maintenance.
Our policies on slavery and human trafficking
Our Anti-slavery and human trafficking policy reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our supply chains.
Due diligence processes for slavery and human trafficking
We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. Ways in which we do this include:
- ▪ Building open and transparent relationships with our suppliers.
- ▪ Having policies in place which encourage our employees, agency workers, contractors, suppliers etc to raise concerns.
As part of our initiative to identify and mitigate risk we:
- ▪ Carry out due diligence on new suppliers.
We have in place systems to:
- ▪ Confirm the identities of all new employees and their right to work in the UK.
- ▪ Protect whistle blowers.
Supplier adherence to our values
As part of our commitment to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains we expect our suppliers to comply with all applicable anti-slavery and human trafficking laws.
Training
To ensure understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we provide training to our staff.
This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31st December 2025.
